Alta

I just started telemark skiing last year which means that I can go to Alta! Alta is for skiers. I am a terrible snowboarder and I was always getting stuck so I decided to learn how to telemark ski so I could fully enjoy the mountains. I bought an Epic pass this year but I also wanted to try actually skiing at Alta. Alta has a Ski after 3 which lets you get on the Sunnyside and Cecret lifts after 3 pm for $10. This is a great deal, because lift tickets are crazy expensive in my opinion. You get some fun skiing in for an hour and a half. You hang out in the line with other fellow bargain consumers. You get in brag about skiing at Alta. A win-win in my opinion.

I took the UTA bus up to Alta, which made the trip a little more expensive at $4.50 each way.

Bullfrog

While visiting Ticaboo, Elaine and I took a side trip to Bullfrog Creek. We saw some cool rocks, I took some pictures of stuff. We took a bunch of panoramas. We took 10,000 steps before noon. Boom!

Ticaboo

Tica is a term for a Costa Rican female. Boo is what a ghost says. This has nothing to do with the town, Ticaboo. I went to Ticaboo with my friend to work on projects and finally visit Lake Powell. Surprisingly, Ticaboo is not actually at Lake Powell, it is before one of the entrances. An entrance that charges $25 dollars for 7 days. So technically, I have still not visited Lake Powell. I did stay at the Ticaboo Resort. Free, unlimited coffee. My room had a fridge and a couch!
